CHOUREAL
PROFITEROLE

Choureal is a unique concept, the first pastry shop specializing in handmade profiteroles à la minute and choux pastry, since 2014. Our profiteroles are served straight from our workshop and prepared from selected raw materials and ingredients that are 100% handmade. Our choux are always served freshly baked and crispy & filled with authentic crème petissiere or handmade ice cream.

CHOUX PASTRY
IN CHOUREAL

It was invented in the 16th century by Pantanelli and developed into its current form by Avice-Careme in the 18th century in France. Fresh dough is produced around the clock in our workshops, according to the traditional recipe. We do not use frozen dough or ready-made mixture, our choux are always served crispy and freshly baked!

OUR CRÈME
PÂTISSIÈRE

Or pastry cream, is a foundation in pastry. It is produced daily in our workshop, according to the traditional French recipe and without pre-made pastry mixes. Our ingredients consist of fresh Greek milk and eggs, natural corn flower and award-winning butter from the Alps, which is imported exclusively for Choureal. It provides a distinct identity of the cream Heilala vanilla, the most awarded vanilla in the world, which is also imported by Choureal.

THE CHOCOLATE
IN CHOUREAL

Our workshop specializes in the production of products with chocolate of the highest quality, without pre-made pastry mixes, developing traditional French recipes. World-renowned producers such as Valrhona, as well as award-winning small craft chocolate producers, give Choureal's chocolate creations their intense, special and refined taste!

THE ICE CREAM
IN CHOUREAL

It is produced all year round in our workshop, with fresh Greek milk, real fruit and handmade nut pralines. Characterized by its intense and full flavor, you can enjoy on it's own, with our handmade cone or as profiterole filling, creating our unique signature profiterole ice cream!

CHOUX & ECLAIR
in CHOUREAL

At Choureal you will find Choux & Eclairs in limited daily production, in classic or seasonal flavors, until sold out! We do not use frozen products, artificial colors / flavors or preservatives. In addition to the fresh dough, the glaze, creams, caramel, nut pralines and toppings are produced in our workshop, so our Choux & Eclairs acquire their unique Choureal taste!
